Dina Meyer was raised and born at Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing junior high, she moved out of Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include one of whom is older, named Gregory as well as a younger sibling named Evan. Modeling was her first job in the industry. It was her first job from age nine to sixteen. Her acting career began at The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was studying the techniques of Sanford Meisner along with Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors that received this instruction. Her first performance came from Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating to Los Angeles. In the next couple of months, she was offered the role of Johnny Mnemonic. For this movie, she was responsible for almost all the stunts and demonstrated herself as an excellent actor. The talent agent she worked with also represented Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to get a regular role on Friends.
