The fame she gained grew through modeling for the famous fashion brand GUESS'. In the late 90s, she was selected as a model by GUESS. She is currently a spokesmodel for Revlon cosmetics. She is also a model for Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Connelly and Jessica Alba She has also modeled in Double D Ranch and CosmoGirl. Garrett was a lead actress in the Crossfade "Cold" music video. The career started with television appearances on series, such as pilots and Entourage and Entourage, she was the female lead in Turistas. She was on Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer as Frankie Raye. This sequel was an extension of Fantastic Four. Olivia Wilde and Garrett worked together in Vancouver for the film Tron: Legacy for the 2010. The film was made with Turistas and Olivia Wilde.
